Asian Artists Online offers a full 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this site. After we receive the returned item/items we will either provide a replacement or a full refund according to the policy outlined below.
Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error made by Asian Artists Online (damaged item, wrong item, etc), in which case we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.
